Potty Training Hell

Thats where we are :) I'm sort of kidding. We are in day one of potty training. She did great actually. She went one time on the potty and chose a prize. But she holds it for a long time. It worries me :) later today she did have an accident and then told me "mommy clean that poo poo up"...it wasn't poop :)

And she didn't poop today so that also bothers me. Hopefully tomorrow she'll poop. I don't want her to get constipated.

Build A Bear

Today we went to Build a bear with Brady, Cash and Nathan. I went through every animal Reese could pick and she picked the PINK monkey. Then we picked out her clothes and she got a pink princess outfit. Very fancy. She wasn't so excited at first about the lady stuffing the monkey. She jumped back and said NO and gave the lady a very dirty look...wonder where she gets that from? :) We got to give the animals a bath and dress them all up. It was fun. Saige and Cash also enjoyed playing on the floor :) The boys dressed theirs up in race car clothes and Nathan even got that cool car. Fun times

8 months

Look whos 8 months old. Seriously where does the time go? I need someone to freeze moments for me. Its going too fast! Today I was nursing her before a nap and she was starting to fall asleep and started sort of singing to herself. I popped her off of me and put her on my chest to rock her and she continued to "sing" herself to sleep. It was the sweetest thing.

Heres what shes doing now...

crawling everywhere and getting into everything
shes trying to pull up but she doesn't always get to a standing position
she has 2 SHARP teeth-and bit me today (ouch)

Pretty Pretty Princess

Reese runs around asking to be a pretty pretty princess now. It was literally over night that she wanted to dress up. Heres a picture

Today Reese went in her little potty. She wasn't really excited and basicly looked at me like I lost my mind when I got excited. I had her in her strawberry shortcake panties and nothing else and she told me "mama its cold" so I got her dressed and decided to continue potty training on a warmer day when she can be naked :)

So our sweet little Saige is starting to scream, kick her little legs, and throw her head back when we take food, a cup, or a toy from her.

I can just SEE the little temper tantrums coming!!!!!!!!

Time Out and food throwing

Reese likes to chunk food from the table. I think she might be feeding the dogs but its an annoying habit. We're doing time outs for it right now. Well today she was playing with this penguin thing and she placed him/it in time out and pointed her little finger at the poor thing and said "sit right there, time out, no throwing food" hahaha...

I guess it proves shes atleast listening right?
